Spring/Summer AC Tune Up:

• Check freon levels
• Test starting Capabilities
• Clean/Replace filters (included: standard size filters only)
• Clean drains
• Measure volts and amps
• Clean Condenser Coil
• Check and tighten all electrical connections

Fall/Winter Furnace Tune Up:

• Clean and adjust burners
• Clean ignition assembly
• Clean/Replace filters (included: standard size filters only)
• CO test
• Measure volts and amps
• Test safety controls
• Check and tighten all electrical connections
